Is the app free?
Yes, just download it and create your account and you can start claiming your free money when you travel to breweries.
What data will the PintPass app collect & share?
We will only share your brewery location, age, sex and the survey questions you choose to answer. We do not collect any social or other user data.
Do I have to be 21 to use the app?
You don’t have to be 21 to use the app – but many breweries have age restrictions.
How do I use the money on my PintPass account?
Your PintPass account will generate a debit card that can be used at any bar that accepts credit card. Just show it to your bartender or server and they will punch in the number manually.
Will the PintPass App send me notifications?
The PintPass app will send push notifications to your phone when you are eligible to claim money and when you are near a craft brewery that is part of the PintPass.
Do I need to link any personal information to use the PintPass card on the app?
Nope! Just create an account.
Is PintPass available on iPhone and Androids?
Yes!
How do I add funds to my account?
There are two ways to get beer money in your account. 1) Visit a brewery, open the app and follow the prompts to get $2 of beer. 2) Have your friends and family send you a Text-A-Beer.
Can I check into more then 1 brewery a day?
Not in current form, we will have the ability to do this in the future.
How do I check into a brewery?
When you enter the brewery, and you have ordered your first beer, open the app. After 10-15 seconds you will be prompted to answer some questions and you will get your $2.00 in beer money.
How do I report a brewery that needs to be added to the app?
Open the app menu and select send feedback in the bottom left corner of the screen.
How do I let you know when a beer list is out of date?
Open the brewery profile screen in the app and select propose changes.
I got my beta access email and tried to sign in but I get the "Invalid credentials" error, what do I do?
Use the same email and enter it into the sign-up portion. You still have to create your account. Receiving the beta access email does not mean we have created an account for you.
My app isn't working as intended, what should I do?
Make sure you have the most up to date version of the app and try again. If you are still having issues please email support@pintpass.com
